Visteon, BAE Systems join forces in development of in-vehicle electronics technology

The technology cooperation combines BAE Systems' advanced scientific and engineering know-how with Visteon's wide range of automotive electronics solutions and proven system integration knowledge. Both companies are said to dispose of significant expertise in developing electronic interfaces for end-user information and awareness systems, holding market-leading positions in their respective industries.
James Baker, director of BAE Systems Advanced Technology Centre, said, “By collaborating with we are able to rapidly develop new technologies and capabilities, driving value in the consumer market and providing innovative solutions to support and protect our armed forces.”
